ABOUT ME

My career has been shaped by a passion for solving complex problems and building solutions that scale — from skyscrapers to the world’s largest cloud and AI infrastructure portfolios. I began as a structural engineer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), where I led full lifecycle engineering for large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects across the US and Asia. There, I learned how to balance technical rigor, creativity, and practicality under high stakes — lessons that continue to guide me today.

 

After SOM, I joined Thornton Tomasetti, managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams on $2B+ infrastructure projects, including mission-critical data centers. This role deepened my expertise in technical feasibility, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership, laying the foundation for strategic program management in complex environments.

Seeking to broaden my impact beyond engineering, I moved into consulting at Deloitte, advising Fortune 500 clients on infrastructure and technology investments. I partnered with C-suite leaders to guide market expansion, strategic planning, and risk-informed capital allocation, helping organizations optimize investments and scale efficiently.

I then transitioned into cloud and AI infrastructure, joining Meta to build and lead their new leased data center and edge site program. I oversaw strategic acquisition, front-end planning, and product development across a multi-region portfolio, managing a team to deliver 750MW/year capacity. I also developed playbooks and frameworks to scale operations, standardize processes, and ensure resilient program delivery across 25+ regions in the Americas.

Today, at Microsoft, I lead the Lease Center of Excellence within Cloud + AI, overseeing one of the world’s largest leased data center portfolios spanning 10+ GW across 30+ countries and 75+ suppliers. My focus is on accelerating time-to-market while building infrastructure that is resilient, scalable, and sustainable. I drive strategic planning, product development, supplier evaluation, and multi-billion-dollar investment decisions, enabling seamless collaboration across engineering, construction, supply chain, and operations.

Across 14+ years and diverse roles, I’ve learned that impactful solutions require rigorous analysis, strategic foresight, and the ability to align teams and resources toward a shared vision. I’m passionate about mentoring, sharing knowledge, and helping teams and individuals navigate complex challenges — whether it’s optimizing infrastructure, scaling operations, or bridging technical and strategic goals.
